These terms and conditions govern your use of this website owned and operated by Foodwatch Pty Ltd ('Foodwatch Nutrition Centre').

By using the Foodwatch website www.foodwatch.com.au (also referred to as this "website"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions, then you should cease using the website immediately. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We advise you to check them from time to time for any changes / updates. Your continued use of the website or purchase of any services offered on the website will constitute acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.

Foodwatch is a provider of nutrition and health information under the direction of qualified dietitian and nutritionist Catherine Saxelby who is accredited with the Dietitians Association of Australia, Nutrition Society of Australia, Australian Medical Writers Association and the American Dietetic Association.

Foodwatch publishes responsible food and nutrition information of a general nature on a wide range of topics.

We make every effort to make sure all the information on this website is accurate, but we accept no liability for any reliance placed on information herein.

Jurisdiction

Waivers

If any of these terms or conditions is found by a court of law in the State of NSW, Australia - see Jurisdiction above - to be invalid, for whatever reason, then you (whether site visitor, user or client) and we (Foodwatch) agree that the court should attempt to give effect to the intention of the particular term or condition and, moreover the relevant term or condition should be considered to be modified to the extent required to remedy the problem and to make it valid. If the aforementioned court rules that it is impossible to remedy the problem then that term or condition will be removed from these terms and conditions without affecting the validity of all remaining others of these terms and conditions which will remain valid and enforceable.

Continued use of Foodwatch site and/or services constitutes an acceptance of each and every term and condition herein specified.
