In a few days we'll be welcoming in the New Year with all that entails. So I thought I'd use the December Foodwatch Newsletter to give you a few tips for your New Year's resolutions. To work, resolutions need to be positive rather than negative; realistic and specific; and baby steps.
This edition of the Foodwatch Newsletter is given over to helping you take steps to a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. It includes my My 5 best resolutions for healthy eating and a lighter weight for 2016; How to lose those Christmas Kilos; and a section on Seasonal Foods.
So, if you want to lose a few kilos and be able to keep them off then this newsletter is for you. If you want to get some more exercise into your daily routine without having to visit the gym, then this newsletter is for you. Best of all it's free. You can read it on the web here but if you like what you read, why not subscribe here.
If you like what you read then please subscribe and you'll receive a free copy of Catherine's 18-page guide "7 Steps to Being Organised in the Kitchen".
Don't miss a post. Sign up for Catherine's eNewsletter and get the latest Foodwatch news, product reviews, recipes and special offers direct to your inbox each month. It's free. Plus you'll receive Catherine's 26-page ebook "Cut the CRRAP - How to limit your intake of ultra-processed foods".
