Q. Can you suggest some easy snacks to get me from one meal to the next without piling on the weight?
A. How about one of these:
- Hummous dip with carrot and celery sticks (we like Black Swan brand)
- 2 Vita-Weats with a thin slice of cheese
- 150g tub of low-fat fruit yoghurt
- 4 prunes
- 1 rice cake spread with peanut butter (buy whole grain)
- Small pack of Weight Watchers potato crisps
- Mug of hot vegetable or pumpkin soup
