There are some products that can assist in weight loss but no product is the "magic bullet". There is nothing new under the sun. Weight loss has always been the second law of thermodynamics; eat less, exercise more, or both. Get a legitimate exercise program, (i.e. circuit training) and a solid nutrition plan, stick with it, and weight loss will happen. - Clint

I really like the tip on bulking up. It's amazing how effective building muscle is on losing fat. Working out the major muscle groups has been most effective for me.

Hi, is your figure of 130g of protein needed daily correct? I thought it was 1g per kg you weigh - so for a 60kg female t would be 60g. Is it possible to get that much protein as a vegetarian? - stav zotalis

The only point I don't agree with here is 'Stay Cool'. Have you ever noticed that people in warmer climates tend to be thinner? The 'stay cool' theory may work in the short-term, but if you are always cold, then your body is triggered into thinking that it's winter and is more likely to store fat to keep you warm. - Jo

I have used metabolism advantage tablets over the years and they have never worked in the long term. They give me headaches (because of the caffine) and I always put more weight on when I get off them. - ...
