twitter-birdI invite you to follow me on Twitter and see if you like my style of advice - you'll get latest nutrition news, links to helpful food websites and tips for products to buy. Plus my own personal commentary on modern-day food and where to find the healthy stuff. I enjoy Twitter as it's short and sweet - only 140 characters which is one or two sentences. Only a small time commitment and you're up to date!

More than ten million people are using Twitter.  And more than one million in Australia. It's free and a great tool for online or 'social media'. Once you on, it's easy to find other like-minded people and pick up new trends and community feelings.

Twitter case study:  Remember the launch of Kraft's snack version of Vegemite now named Cheesymite? Twitter was instrumental in telling Kraft that we hated the initial brand name of iSnack2.0 which prompted them to revise it in 2009.

Similarly in times of crisis or news breaking events, such as the Queensland Floods or Sydney Dust Storm, Twitter becomes an invaluable source of latest news as it happens in real time.
