This is an easy way to dress up chicken pieces - and there's only four ingredients! While it's in the oven, you can do the vegetables or throw together a large salad.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, about 500g total weight
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed

To serve:
asparagus or green beans
potato or grainy bread

Methods/steps

1. Spray or brush a small ovenproof dish with a little oil. Place chicken fillets in a single layer.

2. Mix honey, mustard and garlic together and spread over chicken. Cover the dish with baking paper or aluminium foil.

3. Bake chicken at 180oC(350oF)  for 5 minutes. Uncover, baste with the juices, and cook for a further 5 minutes or so until tender.

4. Serve with steamed or microwaved asparagus or green beans and baked jacket potatoes or grainy bread.

Great flavors but the chicken breasts need a longer cooking time. 2 x 5 minutes in the oven is nowhere near enough. From such a great website, this must be a typo!
