EatKit Archive: TEA, HEALTH AND HAPPINESS

Tea - black, green, white or herbal - is one of life's precious things. It allows you to relax, chillax, refresh and be revived. It encourages a conversation and openness in a way that water, soft drink or coffee never can do. It is a joy to sip and savour. It is one of my favourite moments in life. If you share the same feelings about tea as I do, take a moment to read our thoughts and tea moments from the May EatKit online Twitter chat.

Having put my husband on it as part of his cholesterol-lowering diet, I thought it was time to take a closer look at HeartActive.

Known as the McCormick Flavour Forecast®, they've pulled together the best hunches from their chefs, sensory scientists, dietitians and culinary trend trackers to have a stab at forecasting what will be in fashion for the year head.

Product Review: Golden Circle Probiotic Juice

When I think of 'probiotics' and 'friendly bacteria', I immediately think of yoghurt. Maybe dairy or those acidophilus capsules in health food stores. But not juice. So it was with great interest that I tasted and researched my first Golden Circle Healthy Life juice™ with probiotic cultures. Here's how we rated it.

What's a standard drink
