Help us to keep helping you

Can you help us? The Foodwatch website has been providing sensible, well-researched nutrition advice and recipes, free of charge, for more than 20 years! Over the years the site has grown and the list of topics that need to be covered has increased.

The Foodwatch team, consisting of nutritionist Catherine Saxelby, junior nutritionists, writers, researchers, web developers and photographers work tirelessly to give you access to balanced, sensible, no-nonsense nutrition information, via the Foodwatch website, Facebook page and Instagram feed as well as through our free monthly newsletter.

As you can imagine this all comes at a cost

While we do occasionally get paid to review a product (fully disclosed and does not affect our impartiality) and have added a small amount of advertising and the odd affiliate link this comes nowhere near covering the cost of the site.

Like to help?

If you enjoy reading our articles, our free, informative newsletter and making our recipes, perhaps you could help us keep it running by making a small donation, either a one-off, or on a monthly basis. Every little bit helps.  Just click the button below, add the amount you wish to donate and choose to use either your Paypal account, or if you don't have a Paypal account, there is an option to use your credit card.

Thank you. We appreciate your generosity and we enjoy your comments and feedback.

All the best

Catherine Saxelby and the Foodwatch Team.

P.S. you can also find us on Facebook and Instagram and if you haven't already signed up for our free newsletter you can do so here and you'll get a free copy of my 18-page guide "7 Steps to Being Organised in the Kitchen", as a thank you.
