Simple yet stunning, make this easy dessert when peaches are in season. Works well with nectarines too. This is one recipe that has to be done at the last minute but it's quick.
1. Cut peaches into halves and remove stone.
2. Place sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, dip peaches into sugar cut side down to coat the flesh.
3. Place under hot griller for 5-7 minutes depending on their thickness or until sugar has melted and started to glaze. Arrange two halves on a plate or bowl, add a wedge of ricotta then drizzle with honey.
