3-Ingredient Apple Dessert

Like something smooth and sweet after a meal? All you need is these three ingredients! Easy!

Ingredients

  • 250g jar apple puree eg SPC or Three Threes
  • 1 cup thick plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1. Into each of two dessert bowls, spoon half the yoghurt.

2. Spoon half the apple puree on top or next to it.

3. Sprinkle cinnamon over.

Variations:

  • Drizzle over a spoon of honey if you like things a little sweeter.
  • Sprinkle over 1-2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or slivered almonds for some crunch.
