Postal policy

At Foodwatch, we endeavor to find the least expensive and most reliable method of delivering items to you. Our post and packing rates are based on weight. The larger books all weigh over 500g and so are charged as parcels, not letters.

All books are packed in protective bubble pack so they arrive in the best possible condition for you. All deliveries are made by Australia Post. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. Overseas orders are sent at economy air rates - allow 10 days.

Bulk discount rates for educational institutions

For schools, TAFE colleges, health programs & hospitals

If you order 10 or more copies of any item, you qualify for our 20% bulk discount rates. Save on costs and postage! Simply fill out the order form but deduct 20% off the price of the books. e.g

Foodwatch A to Z Normally $15 incl GST
Bulk discount price $12 incl GST (20% off)

Postage and packing:
Add $15 for any number of copies incl GST

Need a Tax Invoice?

Our Order Form can be used a Tax Invoice - it carries the words "Tax Invoice" and our company ABN. .

If you require a Tax Invoice posted to you BEFORE you order, please click here to print off a copy or email us with your quantity and details.

Returns are simple!

Within 14 days of receipt, you may return unwanted or undamaged items for a replacement or full refund (we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake).

The product must still be in original condition and not be damaged.You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a restocking fee of $15 or 5% at our discretion.We cannot accept items returned after 60 days or that are in unsellable condition.Refunds

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited directly to the card number supplied. All other refunds will be made by cheque within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Currency

All prices are in Australian dollars (A$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Transaction security

All purchase details, including credit card information submitted through this site, are collected on a secure server page to ensure safe encryption .
