Starting the day with a good breakfast is important for us all. It gives us an edge. Unfortunately 25 percent of Aussie kids leave home without it and probably an even greater percentage of adults.
That's why I think we should all start the day with a nutritious, healthy breakfast but just what is that? Our July Newsletter looks at all things "breakfast".
I don't know about you but weekdays and weekends call for different breakfasts. I guess it's all about the time available. However, weekend or weekday, cereal or cooked breakfast, it IS important to have something nutritious to start your day.
