This is our first Foodwatch Newsletter for 2021! I think we’re all hoping for a better year than we had last year and looking for a bit of a boost. My life hacks can help you stay positive and do just that. Take a look...
Although in Australia we’ve fared better with COVID than most countries, we still had to deal with bushfires and floods in 2020 as well! Border closures come and go; lockdowns still happen from time to time; but vaccines are now on the horizon. So, while holidays are taken intrastate and prices of fresh vegetables and fruits rise as growers can’t get labour to harvest them I think my life hacks can help you stay positive.
In this newsletter I’ll also report on a whole new paper on low-fat vs low carb for weight loss, plus I'll show you what I’m eating now and what’s new on the Foodwatch website.
You can find the February Newsletter online here, or better still, why not subscribe?
With more over 20,000 in our community, my monthly newsletter is your fix of nutrition advice, tips, tools, hacks, habits, inspiration, industry news and real-life strategies that help you live a healthy life and unleash your energy and potential. Straight to your inbox on the last Tuesday of each month.
