Healthy plating, COVID and obesity and more...
No video selected.

The vaccines have arrived in Australia and are beginning to roll out and we’ve had several incubation periods pass without new COVID cases in the community and only a couple through hotel quarantine, so restrictions are being eased here in Australia and things are slowly moving towards normal. I’m sure we’re all breathing a sigh of relief and gratitude to all those who managed this pandemic and worked on the frontlines.

What's in the March Foodwatch Newsletter for 2021?

In some countries more than 50 per cent of the adult population is considered overweight and these countries have fared worse in terms of hospitalisations and death. I present the report from the World Obesity Federation and look at the relationship between BMI and serious disease.

In this newsletter I’ll also give you a handy tip for healthy plating, info on community gardens, what’s new on the Foodwatch website and more.

You can find the March Newsletter online here, or better still, why not  subscribe?
