November 2017 Foodwatch Newsletter - Healthy and useful Christmas gifts I’d be happy to receive
No video selected.

Less than a month to go before Christmas! Each year it seems to get harder and harder to find gifts that are useful, healthy and going to last more than a couple of months. I’ve come up with some gifts I’d be happy to receive and I imagine many of you would be too.

Think healthy, useful, unusual and interesting

These are the best criteria to use for your gift-giving. No more plum puds and Rocky Road please! At a time of over indulgence and festive excess, why not give something that promotes good health and helps family and friends avoid gaining that unwanted weight over the Christmas season and that lasts more than a few months? My November Foodwatch Newsletter aims to help make healthy gift-giving easy and hassle-free.

You can read all about them in detail in the November issue of the Foodwatch Newsletter. As usual there's much more in this last newsletter for the year. Check out my review of the new CSIRO VegeEze App; check out the Foodwatch eBook stable and have a look at my top 10 posts for 2017.

Have a safe and Happy Christmas and New Year!
