May 2019 Foodwatch Newsletter - Superior Soups, book deals and more...

Soup has a whole lot to recommend it. It’s satisfying for fewer kilojoules/Calories; it’s warming and research shows you eat fewer kilojoules/Calories in total if you start your meal with a bowl of soup. So, it acts as a natural appetite regulator. And as winter is almost here in the southern hemisphere, even though the weather is still unseasonably mild and pleasant, thoughts naturally turn to warm, comforting, satisfying foods. Nothing says ‘warm and satisfying’ better than soup!

May's Foodwatch Newsletter gives you a heads up on the benefits of soup and offers some great savings too!

Having soup before a meal can be a great help in preventing those winter kilos from settling around your middle. In this edition of the FoodwatchNewsletter I share lots of info and soup recipes, as well as offer you a 20% discount off my Handy Foodwatch eGuides.  We also check out Wholegrain Week and Mens' Health Week and there's much more! Check it out online here, or, better still, subscribe.

Why not subscribe, and have the Foodwatch Newsletter delivered to your Inbox? It's free?
