In a few days we'll be welcoming in the New Year with all that entails. So I thought I'd use the December Foodwatch Newsletter to give you a few tips for your New Year's resolutions. To work, resolutions need to be positive rather than negative; realistic and specific; and baby steps.
This edition of the Foodwatch Newsletter is given over to helping you take steps to a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. It includes my My 5 best resolutions for healthy eating and a lighter weight for 2016; How to lose those Christmas Kilos; and a section on Seasonal Foods.
So, if you want to lose a few kilos and be able to keep them off then this newsletter is for you. If you want to get some more exercise into your daily routine without having to visit the gym, then this newsletter is for you. Best of all it's free. You can read it on the web here.
